During the PJPk on Monday, we did our segak. Height and weight are taken to be recorded. And my cute teacher was there saying, " my weight... dont go heavier." and it was a 38kg. (ar
ound there) She was so glad because she mentioned that her BMI is okay. :)
Then, i started to wonder whether mine is normal? i asked her how to count but she forget. But then she comparedd herself with me and said that
i need to be more than 43/44 kg? as i am TALLER! yea, taller than her.
And i was like omg. My BMI... In her Moral period i asked her again as she promised she will check for me the formula of BMI. Lol, she forgot. Suddenly, my friend behind shouted that he know how to count. Know why? because he always checked last time to avoid being a little overweight. LOL!!!
The formula is Weight(kg)/Height^2(m)
For the guy, he said the answer should be around 19-23?
For my teacher, she mentioned 21 is the best and it is around 21-24?
Oh, i found the answer! You too go count! take out your calculator :) Incase... :P

So, now. I force myself to eat more than usual. Teacher also suggested to eat more chicken than others. So, yea. I am doing this plan now. So weird yea?
